The Vestry at Trinity Hillcrest follows the model of Acts 6:1-7. Each year, members of the parish are assigned to the pastoral oversight of a Vestry member, under the direction of the Rector. Together, Rector and Vestry work side-by-side to make sure that every member of Trinity Hillcrest experiences a sense of connectedness with the parish and with the Lord Jesus Christ. Vestry members contact each of their contacts at least twice a year.
